In the event of cancellation, the cardholder will be offered a new ticket and the option for a full refund.
Change of Dates
If the event’s date changes, the cardholder has the option to cancel their purchase or receive a new ticket for the rescheduled date.
The cardholder may cancel their purchase up to 24 hours before the event’s scheduled start time.

Sjórok SP/F reserves the right to cancel events due to technical reasons and weather conditions.
Commitment to Customers
We are committed to finding the best possible solutions for our customers, which includes maintaining communication regarding weather conditions and event updates.
Communication methods include email, text messages, and social media.
In the case of events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or severe weather conditions (“Force Majeure events”), both the customer and Sjórok SP/F shall be relieved from the performance of obligations under these terms.
In the event of a Force Majeure, we will endeavor to reschedule the event or offer a suitable alternative. If rescheduling is not possible, customers will be entitled to a full refund.
Customers will be promptly notified of any cancellations or changes due to Force Majeure through the aforementioned communication channels.
Refunds for cancellations, whether initiated by the customer or due to Force Majeure, will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30 days of cancellation notice).
In cases where a new ticket is offered and accepted, no refund will be processed.
